Burger & Lobster founder announces new restaurant concept

Food entrepreneur and founder of Burger & Lobser, Misha Zelman, has teamed up with ex-Harrods and Heston Blumenthal marketing lead, Ben Hedley, on the opening of Nebya – a new culinary concept set to open on Westbourne Grove in Notting Hill in January. 

The new site will bring together celebrity chefs to create a collaborative menu under one roof. A grocers will sit alongside the venue, offering fine ingredients at an affordable price.  

TV chef Tony Singh MBE (south and north Indian curries), Instagram famous Miguel Barclay (Miguel's Pizza) and up-and-coming chef Yoko Nakada (Makes Miso Hungry) are just some of the names already on board. An exclusive ‘cook at home’ dish has also been created by world-renowned sushi master Endo Kazotushi (Japanese), available for takeaway and delivery.

On top of these meals, customers will be able to try any of the chefs' recipes or ingredients from their dishes from the comfort of their homes. Partnering exclusively with Deliveroo, a broad range cuisines and grocery options, including a weekly essentials box, will be available to order. 

Of the upcoming opening, Hedley comments: "This is a fantastic opportunity to bring all these incredible chefs together to offer authentic ingredients and cuisines under one roof. Having one place where we can go to sample what celebrity and Michelin star chefs eat at home, at affordable prices, we think is a game-changer."
