The Real Greek opens first Manchester site

The Real Greek has opened its first venue in the North, opening at the Corn Exchange in Manchester.

The new venue from the authentic Greek restaurant group has launched with a special offer, giving guests 50% off food from the main menu, for dine-in only, until Sunday 12 December. Click and collect takeaways will be available from Monday 13 December.

This is the brand's 22nd site, also being its ninth outside of London and its third to open this year.

The new 200-cover restaurant includes 130 inside, 35 in a covered forecourt and 35 alfresco. The Real Greek offers a contemporary Aegean experience, featuring a choice of meze dishes, flame-grilled meats, souvlaki wraps and salads.

"It is an honour to open our 22nd restaurant and our first site in the North," says Nabil Mankarious, managing director at The Real Greek. "Manchester is a popular and buzzing city with a trendy food and drink scene, so we're delighted to have a presence, offering our authentic Greek food to a new clientele."
