Kanada-Ya launches luxury seafood ramen

To celebrate Christmas and New Year, Japanese restaurant Kanada-Ya has created a limited-edition luxury seafood dish available at its newly launched Carnaby restaurant.

Shifudo (sea-food-o) Ramen uses high-quality seafood ingredients such as crab, Scottish langoustines and tiger prawns, infused with the brand's popular tonkotsu pork bone broth and served with chasu pork belly, sweetcorn and angel hair, topped with langoustine and prawn oil. The dish will be available at the Kanada-Ya Carnaby restaurant until the end of February.

Additionally, Japanese lager Kirin is available on draught, medium-light in body with a soft texture that complements the brand's new dish well.
