Tony Fleming to give live demo at Le Cordon Bleu

Le Cordon Bleu London has announced a guest chef event with Tony Fleming, taking place on 22 February at the institute in Bloomsbury.

Fleming is the executive cef at Le Pont de la Tour – a French restaurant overlooking the River Thames that is part of the D&D London collection. His previous positions include executive chef at the hotel L'Oscar London, a boutique lifestyle hotel located in the former Baptist church headquarters building in Holborn.

Fleming started his career as a chef in Cambridge. He then moved to London in 1995, working for Richard Neat and Marco Pierre White, including in the three Michelin-starred Oak Room. He then went on to be head chef at Sir Terrance Contan's Great Eastern Hotel before taking on his first executive chef role at One Aldwych.

Recently, Fleming was also the opening chef for D&D London's South Place Hotel, where he gained a Michelin star for the Angler restaurant within the first year of opening.

The chef's demonstration with Le Cordon Bleu London will focus on seafood, fish and shellfish. The event will be open to in-person or online attendance. The demonstration is free, but registration is mandatory.
