Market Halls coming to Canary Wharf

Market Halls has announced the lanch of a new food market in London's Canary Wharf.

Opening in late March, the venue will stand as Market Halls' third in the capital, featuring a line-up of creative kitchens and bars, alongside a schedule of community-led events. The launch will also tie in with the reopening of Market Halls Oxford Street, following an extensive refurbishment project. The group also has a venue in Victoria, making Market Halls Canary Wharf Cargo its third in the city.

The brands confirmed for the new food hall include Gopal's Corner (Roti King), DF Tacos, Baoziinn, Le Bab, Pasta Evangelists and Inamo Sukoshi. More will be announced ahead of the new site opening.

Market Halls' venues are known for merging creative food experiences with popular bars and cultural event programming, with each of its destinations taking cues from the local area. While drinking and dining will be central to the offering at Market Halls Canary Wharf Cargo, the site will also play host to regular events and activities including mindfulness sessions, painting, book clubs, sustainable fashion swaps and exhibitions from local artists.

On the new launch, Andy Lewis-Pratt, founder of Market Halls, comments: "We're looking forward to diversifying our offering to bring tailored approach reflecting exactly what our communities want to see from us. These new openings have provided us with the perfect opportunity to expand our events programming and work with even more fantastic food and drinks vendors."
