The Real Greek preps for 24th opening

The Real Greek is preparing for its 24th site opening, set to launch at Gloucester Quays on Thursday 15 September.

The site marks the brand's third new opening this year, following new locations up North in Manchester and Newcastle. The 170-cover restaurant, situated on Gloucester Docks, will host an indoor and outdoor alfresco seating area.

Gloucester Quays is a heavy footfall dining and shopping destination in Gloucester. Outlined as a local crown jewel of urban development, the area is home to over 50 retail brands, eateries, several museums and a multiplex cinema.

The Real Greek Gloucester will bring quintessentially Greek dining to the Quays, standing as the group's 12th outpost outside of the capital. Following strong demand for authentic Greek cuisine, The Real Greek plans to continue expanding its portfolio around the country.

"The Real Greek Gloucester is an exciting next step for our restaurant group," says managing director Nabil Mankarious."The Gloucester Quays area is a really exciting and popular urban devlopment, steeped in history, that makes the perfect day out for locals or visitors to the area. As the third restaurant to open this year, it's also exciting to anticipate the next step in the upward growth trajectory of The Real Greek's portfolio of restaurants."
