Greek entrepreneur invests in new restaurant

Greek entrepreneur and investor Ioannis Antypas is expanding his portfolio with a brand-new Syrian restaurant located in Willesden Green, west London.

With the busy summer season fast approaching, Antypas is set to launch the new dining concept on 1 May. The restaurant, called Rostow, is a unique destination that blends Middle Eastern décor with a calming, tranquil atmosphere.

Following his investment, Antypas has entered into an executive position within the business, using his years of experience to establish Rostow's industry reputation.

The founder's entrepreneurial journey began when he was just 19 with the launch of Jukkie Digital Agency – a specialist digital studio in the capital. Alongside Jukkie, Antypas is also founding an innovative industrial placement portal called Workscan, which is launching later this year.

Speaking ahead Rostow's launch, Antypas says: "I am really excited to be investing in Rostow and becoming an executive partner within the business. The last few years have been incredibly tough on the hospitality sector, but things are turning around, and I will be working with the entire team at the restaurant to help elevate the business and ensure that they become the go-to destination for fans looking for delicious and authentic Middle Eastern food.

"We are currently working on revamping the restaurant and menu and can’t wait to start welcoming diners when we officially open on May 1.”
