Twr y Felin hotel debuts lunchtime menu

For the first time, Twr y Felin Hotel in St Davids, Pembrokeshire, is offering a lunchtime menu, available for diners to enjoy seven days a week.

Hotel guests and visitors alike can now enjoy a selection of head chef Sammy Owen’s AA three-rosette cuisine for lunch, as well as in the evening. Dishes will be served in the hotel's relaxed dining spaces, surrounded by artwork that has been specially commissioned.

Owen’s dishes have been described as ‘art on a plate’, reflecting the hotel’s interior style. The lunchtime menu features three choices for each course, including plant-based options. Dishes will vary according to the season and availability of fresh local produce.

Spring menu starters include a cauliflower soup; smoked salmon with fennel and radish; or a chicken liver parfait with walnut ketchup. Mains such as Welsh lamb rump, poached cod and linguine with white onion purée, roasted garlic and herbs are also available, while desserts such as sticky toffee pudding with clotted cream or rhubarb; a custard choux bun; or a selection of three kinds of Welsh cheeses are on offer.

Lunch is served from 12.30 pm with last orders by 1.30 pm. Starters and desserts are priced from £8 and mains from £14.
