Selina launches new plant-based menus

Millennial- and Gen Z-focused brand Selina has unveiled a new menu at its plant-based restaurant and music venue Powerplant, located within its Camden hotel.

The restaurant now offers a contemporary take on Italian vegan and vegetarian dishes. From 4 August, diners visiting Powerplant will be able to choose from a wide range of authentic, meat-free Italian dishes including a selection of insalata and bruschetta, fresh pasta and pizza options, as well as a variety of Italian desserts and signature cocktails.

Powerplant will welcome guests for breakfast from 8am–12pm, lunch and dinner from 12pm–10pm, as well as weekend brunch from 11am–3pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Eros Ciccolini, UK country director at Selina, comments: "We are thrilled to unveil our brand-new Italian vegan and vegetarian menu at Powerplant Camden. Our aim is to offer our diners a fun, healthy, tasty and inspiring sensory experience, and we’re excited to elevate this by adding authentic Italian dishes into the mix."

Selina currently operates seven hotels in the UK in London, Manchester, Liverpool, Brighton, Birmingham and Margate and is actively expanding its F&B offering, with recent launches including Pappa Pepinos Liverpool, Zarqa Brighton and HOWM Margate.
