Mowgli signs to Bond Street in Chelmsford

Real estate agency P-THREE has announced the signing of Indian street food brand Mowgli on behalf of Aquila Holdings – the landlord of a premium shopping and leisure destination in Chelmsford. 

The latest launch for the concept, which was founded by Nisha Katona, will take over a 3,150sq ft site. The venue can accommodate 86 covers indoors, while a 1,000sq ft outdoor seating area has a capacity for 46 more. The new venue is set to open this winter. 

"We are always on the lookout for opportunities that are very Mowgli and Bond Street, Chelmsford, really stood out as the perfect fit for our hanging vines, trees and lights," says Katona. "This is the ideal location for our next UK opening and means we can create 30 more jobs, raise up to £50k for our chosen house charity and take our chat bombs to more cities across the nation."
