NYnLON opens at Hyatt Regency Blackfriars

NYnLon, a neighbourhood-style bistro that fuses comfort food from both New York and London, has opened at the Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars.
Menu highlights include aubergine parmigiana, glazed short rib, cheeseburger and New York cheesecake. The interior is elegant yet relaxed, adorned with dark wood panelling and vintage illustrations.
The bar offers an extensive drinks selection, including American wines, premium Champagnes, craft beers and American-influenced bourbon mixology.
Executive chef Steven Walters-Hawke comments: "Being a part of the opening of the new NYnLON is incredibly exciting. The recipes, which incorporate our spin on classic comfort foods, will take you to another dimension."
