Sticks'n'Sushi to open in Richmond

A sushi restaurant brand has announced the launch of its newest venue in Richmond, London, this spring.

Opening on 5 May, Sticks'n'Sushi's combined offering of sushi and yakitori will be a welcome addition to Richmond's high street.

The menu will cater for all requirements, including vegans, with plant-based options including the Kinoko Katsu, Eringi, Green Gate and the Kyoto Non Stop, along with a selection of desserts, signature cocktails, wine, beer, spirits and sake.

'Building a presence in south-west London'

Located on the corner of George Street and King Street, the site was formally built as a Dickins and Jones department store in 1968, and more recently housed the retailer House of Fraser until 2020.

Group CEO Andreas Karlsson comments: "We're so excited to bring our newest restaurant to Richmond, building our presence in south-west London and welcoming a new team to the Sticks'n'Sushi family. We have long admired this historic town, since our first restaurant in Wimbledon in 2012. We are delighted to open in such an iconic building. Sticks'n'Sushi Richmond will offer the perfect spot for locals and visitors to the area, as well as gatherings big and small."
