Two new eateries set to launch at London Hilton Park Lane

London Hilton on Park Lane has announced the next phase of its multi-million-pound transformation, hoping to elevate the hotel's reputation as one of Mayfair's leading food and beverage destinations.

Following the successful openings of British restaurant Park Corner Brasserie, and cocktail bar Revery, the hotel has announced the upcoming launch of two new venues: Mr Porter Steakhouse and Shanghai Me

Earlier this year, the hotel was spotlighted in a four-part Channel 5 documentary series. It took viewers behind the scenes of the hotel's renovations, offering an exclusive look at the work that has gone into modernising the property. Peter Avis and Rudina Arapi, who were featured in the programme, have since been appointed to expanded roles to support the property's culinary evolution. Avis will oversee food and drink venue business development and community partnerships, while Rudina, a lauded sommelier, will step into the director of wine role.

Matthew Mullan, the hotel's general manager, comments: "Throughout its 60-year history, London Hilton on Park Lane has always been a symbol of standout culinary excellence for guests and Londoners alike. As we usher in a new era for the hotel through our multi-million-pound refurbishment, we're excited to unveil our new venues. Embarking upon these new partnerships will take our food and drink offer to the next level, ensuring the hotel remains the destination for discerning diners and global travellers alike."

The Entourage Group

The Entourage Group will debut its Mr Porter concept in the UK in September, bringing the brand to the lower floor of the London Hilton on Park Lane. Guests will enter the expansive central bar before making their way to the formal dining area, which includes a lounge, chef's table and open kitchen, enjoying a menu of expertly seared steaks, slow-cooked lamb and a range of vegetarian dishes.

Yossi Eliyahoo, co-founder of The Entourage Group, comments: "The opening of Mr Porter in London is a significant milestone for the Mr Porter brand. We are thrilled to be bringing the restaurant to London, whose glamorous and vibrant energy is the perfect location for the next venue."

Fundamental Hospitality

Known for its luxury dining offerings, Fundamental Hospitality has venues across the Middle East and Europe, and will now continue its expansion with the London opening of Shanghai Me. The 'Made in Dubai' dining experience will land on the hotel's 28th floor at the end of the year, standing as the highest restaurant in Mayfair.

The pan-Asian concept will offer favourites like the dim sum 'library', wagyu kushiyaki and miso cod. It will boost 1930s art deco Shanghai-inspired interiors by the designer Richard Saunders, and will be complemented by the brand's lounge concept, Bund.

Evgeny Kuzin, founder and chairman of Fundamental Hospitality, comments: "At Fundamental Hospitality, we are committed to surpassing expectations with each new opening. London Hilton on Park Lane has been the city's hospitality calling card since 1963. With the launch of Shanghai Me, we join them as they enter their next chapter, one that matches our passion fro pairing new ideas with classic comfort for the very finest in luxury and experience."
