Burger & Lobster coming to Brighton

Burger & Lobster, which currently owns and operates nine restaurants in London, will be expanding its offering to Brighton in February, marking the group's first new UK opening in eight years.

The brand, which was recently announced as a finalist in the 2025 National Burger Awards, will launch its latest site in The Lanes at 15 Market Street. The menu will include lobster croquettes, a wagyu burger and its signature lobster roll served with lemon and garlic butter.

The group plans to work with local suppliers and businesses to create several exclusive menu items for the Brighton branch. The menu will also include its first-ever brunch-style offering. 

Founder Misha Zelman comments: "We feel it’s an exciting time to expand our offering into new regions and we have ambitious growth penned for the next few years, which will see our presence more than double in the UK. Brighton stood out as the perfect place for our first launch in a while, thanks to its vibrant food scene and unique energy."
