Paragon Group to open Willow in Mere Green

Independent operator Paragon Group is preparing to launch its latest venue in the West Midlands, launching its Mediterranean dining concept Willow in Mere Green, Sutton Coldfield.

Founded in 2007, Paragon has multiple venues across Staffordshire, Cheshire and Shropshire – including The Swan with Two Necks, The Orange Tree Bar and Brill and Blockhouse Barbecue Grill. The upcoming launch will be Willow's third location, bringing the concept to a new audience. 

Dining at Willow

Open all day, Willow offers a family-friendly dining experience. Interiors blend white-washed walls with eclectic artwork and botanical accents. 

The menu features signature salads and chargrilled kebab skewers. As well as the all-day main menu, guests can choose from a range of brunch dishes and light lunch options. The restaurant also offers a traditional Sunday lunch with all the trimmings.

The Mere Green site will have an outdoor terrace to accommodate alfresco dining. The venue will host regular live music nights with local artists. The opening marks the advancement of the group's continued expansion.

Paragon founder Richard Colclough comments: "We're very excited to be launching our next Willow site at Mere Green. The Willow concept has garnered incredible popularity at its existing locations in Telford and Trentham, and we are looking forward to bringing this success to a new audience. Guests have embraced Willow for its year-round holiday atmosphere and signature 'taste of the Med' menu."
