Brighton's revamped Terre à Terre reopens

Brighton’s vegetarian restaurant Terre à Terre, which has a history spanning 30 years, has unveiled its new dining space following an extensive refurbishment.

Combining shades of green with gold accents and wood-panelled walls, the restaurant’s new look gives the space a more contemporary feel.

Dining at Terre à Terre

At the relaunched restaurant, diners can enjoy the vegetarian and vegan dishes for which the restaurant is known, along with some brand-new elements.

Terre à Terre’s location in the heart of the English wine region allows it to embrace local wines. To champion local produce, this spring will see the restaurant launch its new Brit Pop drinks range, carefully curated to pair with the food offering, while an extensive no- and low-alcohol Spirited Away selection offers plenty of choice for non-drinkers and the sober curious.

“We are really excited about the future and to welcome guests to this newly imagined space," says co-founder and creative director Amanda Powley.

"We’re continuing with our steadfast commitment to knock-your-socks-off food with a culinary conscience and feel our new surroundings will really enhance our customers’ experience and comfort.”
