The Stafford Collection appoints new MD

The Stafford Collection has promoted John McLean to the role of managing director, following his appointment to general manager in May 2024.

In his new role, McLean will oversee the entire portfolio, which includes The Stafford London, Northcote and Norma.

With over two decades of experience in the luxury hospitality sector, McLean has worked in respected five-star properties worldwide. Before joining the Stafford Collection, he held numerous leadership roles including interim general manager at The Cadogan Hotel in Chelsea. He has also previously worked as hotel manager and interim general manager of Brown’s Hotel London, and executive head of F&B of The Lanesborough.

“I am deeply honoured to step into the role of managing director at the Stafford Collection and oversee the entire portfolio," says McLean.
