GAIA Mayfair announces all-day dining concept

GAIA Mayfair now offers an all-day dining experience, open for service from midday through to late evening. 

The menu at GAIA reflects the changing seasons. It focuses on simple yet traditional Greek-Mediterranean cuisine, with many dishes designed for sharing.

The à la carte menu includes options from the restaurant's fish display, where seafood can be prepared in various styles, such as raw, grilled, pan-fried, harissa, or salt-crusted.

Larger dishes like orzo pasta with Greek kritharaki, calamari, prawns and clams, and lamb cutlets served with tzatziki and freshly baked pita showcase the rich, diverse flavours of the Mediterranean

The bar

The drink offer at GAIA includes an innovative cocktail menu inspired by the Med. Signature serves include the Thèo Cocktail, made with premium Thèo Olive Oil and the Pithari, blending Don Julio Reposado with roasted peach, cinnamon and pistachio.

The venue’s décor is a tribute to the natural beauty of Greece, featuring limestone walls, azure-toned furnishings and a modern Grecian architectural style.
