TRGC announces new central operations director

TRGC has appointed Michele Bacon as its new central operations director for the Concessions and Barburrito division.
Bacon has worked in a range of roles in casual dining, including Carluccios, Giraffe and PizzaExpress. More recently, she served as the head of central operations for Côte Brasserie.
"I am absolutely delighted to be joining such a dynamic and growing business," says Bacon. "TRGC and Barburrito already have a strong portfolio and I am excited to be able to share in the journey they are on of rapid expansion into more locations while continuing to deliver growth in the current estate."
