Rudy's coming to West Bridgford this summer

Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana will bring its Neapolitan pizzas to West Bridgford this summer, bringing 35 jobs to the local area.

The new pizzeria will be located in West Bridgford, transforming the former Black Pearl Pub building on Bridgford Road, which has stood vacant since January 2023. The venue will offer 105 covers inside, plus a large 70-cover outdoor seating area.

Following the success of its existing venue in Nottingham city centre, which opened in November 2023, the brand is progressing its expansion pipeline with the launch of a second location in Nottinghamshire.

Since launching in 2015 in Ancoats, Manchester, Rudy’s quickly gained a following for its authentic Neapolitan dough, made fresh daily using Caputo '00' flour, and quality ingredients from Naples. The new restaurant will mark the brand’s 32nd site across the UK.

The art of pizza-making

Rudy’s follows the authentic Neapolitan tradition of pizza-making, serving classic recipes such as Marinara, Margherita and Calabrese – all originating from Naples. Rudy’s also pays homage to famous pizzerias around the globe with its rotating specials, bringing interesting and exciting flavour combinations to diners.
