The Beaumont Mayfair appoints Lisa Goodwin-Allen as culinary director

The Beaumont Mayfair has announced the appointment of Lisa Goodwin-Allen as culinary director.
Goodwin-Allen will work alongside CEO Stuart Procter and executive chef Brendan Fyldes to oversee the food offering across the hotel, including ROSI, a new flagship restaurant opening in autumn.
Their appointment at The Beaumont represents something of a reunion for the trio, having all grown up in Lancashire, with their careers overlapping at various points, including at Northcote and The Stafford London.

Goodwin-Allen is a highly respected UK chef, having held a Michelin Star at Northcote for the last 23 years, also running the world-renowned Northcote: Obsession Food Festival. She is known for developing creative dishes where the flavours of seasonal British ingredients shine through.

"I am delighted to be joining the team at The Beaumont Mayfair and be working with Stuart again in this chapter of my career," she says. Together, I know we will deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests."
Stuart Proctor, CEO of The Beaumont, adds: "We are thrilled to have Lisa joining us at The Beaumont. She is an exceptional chef and having known and worked with her for many years, I have no doubt that her passion and expertise will elevate our food offering to even higher standards."
