Bread Street Kitchen & Bar signed to Liverpool ONE

Grosvenor Britain & Ireland has announced the signing of Gordon Ramsay's European eatery Bread Street Kitchen & Bar at Liverpool-based shopping complex Liverpool ONE.

The restaurant will reside in a 6,000 sq ft space at unit 7a/b and unit 105 on Paradise Street, marking the brand's first venue located outside of the capital. The site will have up to 195 internal covers across two floors, with additional space for al fresco dining and an extensive bar.

The menu will include classic Bread Street Kitchen dishes, such as Ramsay's signature beef wellington, the butter chicken curry and the Hell's Kitchen burger.

Andy Wenlock, CEO of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, comments: "It is hugely exciting to be expanding Bread Street Kitchen & Bar in Liverpool. We selected Liverpool as it is such an exciting, popular city that attracts people from across the UK. We look forward to serving the people of Liverpool and visitors to the city all the menu delights Bread Street Kitchen & Bar has."

The signing follows news announced this summer of the opening of southeast Asian bar and brasserie Mamasan, alongside independent Asian street food restaurant Maggie Fu, and the more recent opening of independent coffee brand Bean Coffee. It also follows an excellent set of results for Liverpool ONE’s F&B operators, revealing that approximately a quarter of all visitors are dining when they visit – up six percent on the comparative period in 2019.
