Around the Cluck collaborates with Black Bear Burger

Around the Cluck, chef James Cochran’s fried chicken concept, has come together with Black Bear Burger for a collaboration on offer at Valderrama’s from 6 March to 3 April. That Sh*t Fire burger marks the first in an ongoing series of partnerships with fellow burger brands, to be available at Valderrama’s over the course of the year.

Priced at £15, the limited-edition burger will consist of buttermilk fried chicken dipped in a chilli butter sauce, complemented with apple slaw, bread and butter pickles and pickle mayo.

"It’s amazing to work with Liz & Stew to create That Sh*t Fire – I respect them so much, and their London takeover has been crazy. It was so much fun to combine both our flavours and the burger tastes fire. Get down to Valderrama’s to enjoy!” says James Cochran

Around the Cluck also serves a variety of dirty hashbrowns and French fries. Toppings include jerk, chicken gravy mayonnaise and Cochran’s famous 12:51 Scotch Bonnet Jam. Doughnuts are offered for dessert, with flavours including miso caramel and peanut butter mousse, sticky toffee pudding with rum glaze or seasonal fruit with oat crumble and custard.

London’s first ever inclusive sports bar, those visiting Valderrama’s are welcomed to watch a roster of sports where Premier League and Women’s Super League games are being showed, as well as tournaments such as the upcoming Women’s Six Nations and Champions League games.

The venue, located on Islington’s Upper Street, also serves a range of cocktails, including the brand's signature frozen margaritas, Negronis or bold Amaretto sweet & sours. With an extensive low/no alcohol range, visitors can also enjoy mocktails, a Peroni 0.0% or Laser Crush IPA.
