Taste of London reveals menu line-up

Taste of London has revealed the first line-up of exclusive dishes from some of the city's top restaurants that will be appearing at the festival. Each restaurant will serve its most loved dishes all week, alongside a Taste of London exclusive that will only be available at this year’s event in Regent’s Park. 

Exclusive for Taste, Bar Kroketa will be showcasing Pintxo Moruno – a spiced lamb neck skewer hot dog with kalimojo sauce – alongside its iconic Prawn Croquettes. Street food stalwart Roti King will serve an exclusive dish of marinated Lamb Chops with a Chunky Peanut Sauce.

Islington’s vegan-Caribbean Jam Delish will offer a vegan twist on a classic Caribbean dish with its 'Saltfish', made from peppers and twice-fried green plantain, served with samphire and scotch bonnet mayonnaise. Sicilian-inspired Norma will showcase Arancino Alla Norma, while new Harrods restaurant Dim Sum Terrace will serve Wagyu Beef and Taro Croquettes. Contemporary Chinese restaurant Chai Wu will offer its Truffle Cheese Wontons, topped with truffle and served with sweet chilli sauce. 

Festival goers will also be able to indulge in independently owned French restaurant and wine bar Paulette’s Duck Confit Roll, modern Jamaican Likkle Dutchpot’s Jerk Mac ‘N’ Cheese Croquette, and Yopo @ The Mandrake’s South American-inspired Yellowtail and Pineapple Ceviche. Newly opened Portuguese-inspired hotspot JOIA will also be serving its renowned Octopus Salad. Bringing a slice of Mexico to Regent’s Park is Cavita and its star dish of Gordita de Cochinita Pibil, featuring slow-cooked pork shoulder, axiote, avocado and habanero pickle. 

Big Mamma Group, which has just opened Carlotta in Marylebone, will put on an Italian extravaganza from its maximalist Trattorias, featuring such dishes as Spaghetti al Tartufo and Burrata con Pomodini. Taste veteran Burger & Lobster will bring its Lobster Roll slider and Truffle Raclette slider. Sri Lankan restaurant Hoppers will serve its award-winning Jaffna Goat Roti Taco, while modern Indian Kahani will dish up a Kerala Chicken Curry.  

Supplying Taste with sweet treats this summer, Treats Club will present a selection of desserts straight from Shoreditch, including Cookies and Cream Cheesecake, and the Boston Dream, consisting of sea salt white chocolate custard, chocolate glaze, caramel puffed rice topping.  

Guests who purchase tickets from 17–28 May will also receive a complimentary Paloma courtesy of el Jimador – enter the code PALOMA when purchasing tickets to redeem the voucher. Ticket passes are available to purchase now from £24 per person.
