Rosewood London to host Hong Kong's CHAAT

To mark its 10-year anniversary, Rosewood London will play host to Rosewood Hong Kong's one Michelin-starred concept CHAAT, set to take over the Holborn Dining Room for an exclusive three-night pop-up from 10–12 October.

Rosewood guests are invited to explore the flavours of India, with chef Gaurav bringing the country's homemade and street food classics to the British brasserie. CHAAT, meaning 'to lick' in Hindi, will emanate the vibe of a bustling Indian marketplace to create a unique dining experience.

The pop-up will feature dishes from Rosewood Hong Kong's award-winning menu, including tandoori wagyu beef cheek with hung yoghurt, Kashmiri chilli and cinnamon; Malabar fish curry; a rich and creamy butter chicken; and fragrant Hyderabadi vegetable biryani.
