Al Dente coming to Angel in April

A popular Italian chain in the capital is launching a new branch in Angel next month.
The new opening, located at 4a Upper Street, will be Al Dente's fourth outpost in the capital (Goodge Street, Monument and South Kensington), with the group also owning and operating an additional ghost kitchen (Hackney), all of which offer fresh pasta made daily.

The 70-square-metre dine-in eatery will focus on the authentic Roman pasta tradition, with favourites including carbonara, amatriciana and cacio e pepe. To celebrate the opening, the brand will offer a limited-edition pasta dish, la gricia. Usually available by delivery only, the dish will be on the dine-in menu for one month after opening.
