Ramsay to deliver five new London restaurants in 2025
In February, London's iconic skyline is set to welcome new dining concepts at 22 Bishopsgate – London's tallest office building – as Gordon Ramsay Restaurants launches its biggest global project yet with five unique culinary experiences.
Following successful launches in Mayfair, Manchester and Miami, level 60 will host London's highest restaurant with Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay, offering an Asian-inspired menu with panoramic views of the city. The venue will extend to the Lucky Cat Roof Terrace, where cocktails and entertainment will flow until 3am.
On level 59, Bread Street Kitchen & Bar by Gordon Ramsay will serve its signature dishes, cocktails and afternoon tea experience.
In an elevated and exclusive offering, level 60 will feature a 14-seat Chef's Table from Gordon Ramsay's acclaimed Chelsea restaurant, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary and 22nd year maintaining three Michelin stars.
The Gordon Ramsay Academy, powered by HexClad, will also be established at 22 Bishopsgate, where culinary enthusiasts can hone their skills in everything from pasta-making to mixology, including perfecting Ramsay's classic beef Wellington.
'A significant milestone'
Ramsay says of the group's expansion in the capital: "This is more than just a new opening – it's a significant milestone for our business. We're not only launching the highest culinary experiences in London, but also creating a vibrant culinary hub at the incredible 22 Bishopsgate.
"I'm incredibly grateful to Barclays and all our partners for their support and I'm so proud of the hard work from our teams. I cannot wait to share this unique dining experience with out guests."
