Carluccio's St Pancras reopens after renovation

An Italian restaurant in the heart of St Pancras Station has reopened after a full transformation.

Having closed for refurbishment on 8 April, the St Pancras branch of Carluccio's – a Boparan Restaurant Group brand – is now ready to welcome back guests, with the revamped venue now offering the brand's acclaimed pizza menu.

Bringing Naples to St Pancras

Curated by Eric Chauvet, the pizza menu pays homage to the Neapolitan pizza-making, with a unique twist. Signature offerings include the Pizza alla Napoletana, featuring dough made from Carluccio's proprietary 'Biga' recipe. This traditional method from Naples ensures a light and airy crust.

Marc Wilson, operations director at Carluccio's, comments: "We are thrilled to have embarked on this transformative journey. Our aim was to rejuvenate our space and enhance the overall dining experience for our valued guests. With our new pizza menu and unwavering commitment to serving the finest Italian coffee, pasta and more, we look forward to welcoming both loyal patrons and new visitors."
