Comptoir Group announces first opening in Italy

The owner and operator of Lebanese, Middle Eastern and North African-inspired restaurants has announced the launch of its first restaurant in Italy.

Located at Milan Malpensa airport, the venture marks Comptoir Group's entry into the Italian food scene.

The new Comptoir Libanais, situated in the heart of Terminal 1, has a capacity for 210 diners. It features a contemporary design, warm ambience and a diverse menu that focuses on fresh ingredients and global fusion flavours.

Nick Ayerst, Comptoir Group CEO, comments: "We are excited to bring our culinary expertise to Milan Malpensa. This opening marks our fourth airport concession, following the opening of our Shawa restaurant at Zayed International in Abu Dhabi in March. We are strategically focused on opening restaurants in high footfall areas and Comptoir will benefit from the constant flow of travellers seeking exciting flavours that Milan Malpensa offers."
