La Petite Maison launches in Mykonos

A restaurant brand inspired by the French Riviera has launched a new outpost in Mykonos.

La Petite Maison's (LPM) latest opening is the group's 10th worldwide. Located in Mykonos Town, the 125-cover restaurant is fully outdoors – a first for the global restaurant group – offering panoramic views of the island and the Aegean Sea. 

The venue is nestled within the Anandes Hotel, the island's latest luxury venue. LPM Mykonos brings the brand closer to its Mediterranean roots, transporting diners to the Cote d'Azur through its light dishes, hand-crafted cocktails and extensive rosé wine list. It caters to hotel guests during the day but opens to the public for dinner.

As well as its signature French offering, LPM has created a bespoke breakfast menu for hotel guests – another first for the group. Diners can start with freshly baked croissants and bread with homemade jams, before moving on to options such as Eggs Provencal, Pineapple Carpaccio, French Toast with Fresh Berries or Tomato Tart with Feta Cheese and Basil. 

Dinner guests can choose from a menu designed for sharing. It features LPM classics such as Warm Prawns with Olive Oil and Lemon Juice and Snails with Garlic Butter and Parsley; Salt-Baked Sea Bass with Artichokes and Tomatoes and Marinated Lamb Cutlets with Olive and Aubergine Caviar and Pine Nuts; as well as the Vanilla Crème Brûlée for dessert. 

LPM has also created a bespoke poolside menu that blends French flair with Greek influences. Startes such as Burrata and Tomato Tartine and Sea Bass Ceviche with Truffle Ponzu are available, with mains including a Wagyu Sandwich with Focaccia, Rocket Pesto and Sweet Peppers, Socca Pizza with Grilled Courgette and Fetta Cheese and Grilled Prawns with Pita Bread. 

For room service, guests can choose from a Nicoise Salad with Confit Tuna and Olives, Croquette with Pepper Relish, Creamy Mushroom Rigatoni and LPM's signature Vanilla Cheesecake with Berry Compote. 

On the launch, LPM CEO Nicolas Budzynski, says: "We are thrilled with this new outpost in one of the most exclusive locations in the world. The sunset views of Mykonos are unparalleled and we are excited for our diners to experience this truly special location."
