The 1,847 sq ft restaurant mirrors the sleek and modern design of its surroundings and has taken elements from the chain's existing Carnaby branch. Interiors will be comfortable and stylish, promising the same standards of quality and authenticity for which the brand is known.

Kanada-Ya is celebrated for its creamy Tonkotsu ramen, made using a time-honoured process where pork bones are simmered for 18 hours to achieve a depth of flavour. Guests can choose from variations such as the Moyashi ramen with blanched beansprouts, truffle ramen, chicken paitan and chasu-men, featuring larger slices of pork collar. Kirin and Hobgoblin IPA will also be offered, chosen to match the majority of dishes on the menu.

The restaurant will seat 46 inside with space for another 40 diners outside. The venue itself features an open plan kitchen and will be open for both dine-in and takeaway.
