Julian Catzeflis joins London Hilton on Park Lane

London Hilton on Park Lane has announced the appointment of Julian Catzelis as director of food and drink, who joins the team from Harrods.

The hotel has recently announced the opening of luxury steakhouse Mr Porter, with Shanghai Me – Dubai's Asian fine dining concept – soon to launch on the 28th floor as the highest restaurant in Mayfair.

Other recent additions include Park Corner Brasserie and Revery Bar. With menus chiefly inspired by the neighbouring Hyde Park and created by head chef Jean-Didier Gouges, Park Corner Brasserie offers all-day British dining, including a signature Sunday roast.

Revery has become one of the city's latest hotspots, offering breakfast, an all-day grazing menu and a 'Tea, Cakes & Cocktails' experience.

Catzeflis will lead the growth of the hotel's food and drink venues. Having left a position as senior restaurants operations manager at Harrods, he brings almost 20 years of experience managing some of London's most iconic venues including Nobu, Roka, Zuma and Park Chinois.

"I am thrilled to join such a legendary hotel at one of the most exciting points in its history," he says. "London Hilton on Park Lane is about to become the city's most exciting food destination, and I am very much looking forward to working with the team as this new era unfolds."
