Native Burger launches in Bodmin

Following the successful launch of Native Burger in Launceston, Cornwall, last year, founder Luke Taylor has now opened a second location in Bodmin.
The 90-cover, Bodmin-based restaurant offers a larger space than the original venue (where delivery is a focus), with 46 covers indoors and an expansive outdoor terrace.
Butchery excellence
All beef served at the Native Burger restaurants comes from grass-fed indigenous breeds in the southwest, dry-aged and butchered at Philip Warren Butcher's nearby site in Launceston.
With burgers starting at just £7, the menu includes brand favourites such as cheeseburgers, fried chicken and loaded fries. Signature dishes include The Workout (£14) – double beef patty, pulled beef brisket, bacon crumb, lettuce, Native BBQ sauce and mayo; The Twisted Fire Starter (£8) – a beef patty with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, jalapeño, onion and sriracha mayo; and The Tequila Slammer (£11), which pairs barbacoa pulled beef with a beef patty, pickled red onion, Cornish slaw and chipotle tequila mayo.
The Bodmin site further elevates the experience with several new additions, including classic strawberry, vanilla, chocolate or banana milkshakes, and sundaes such as the Thunder & Lightning, Epic Chocolate Fudge and Strawberries & Cream (£8).
Guests can pair their meals with homemade lemonades or choose from draft lagers and ciders – including Native's own Pilsner. Cocktails like the Frozen Pineapple Daiquiri and Raspberry Mojito (£8.50) are also available.
