ZIMA to open Notting Hill location

ZIMA will establish a new restaurant in Notting Hill, with the venue officially launching on 14 February. The new branch will stand as the brand's second outpost, joining the flagship Soho venue.
ZIMA Notting Hill will offer Eastern European hospitality and culture in an intimate setting with just 45 seats. The restaurant is located on Blenheim Crescent, adjacent to the famous Notting Hill Bookshop.
Dining at ZIMA Notting Hill
The menu will include signature dishes from the Soho menu, along with seasonal specials and fresh takes on traditional recipes. Diners can choose from options such as Royal Siberian black caviar and salmon roe res caviar with blinis; Olivier signature Russian salad with chicken and salmon roe; Pirozhki with beef, chicken or cabbage; and baked eggs and black pelmeni with handmade salmon and cod 'dumplings' with salmon roe and roasted tomatoes.
On top of the core menu, the new restaurant will collaborate with acclaimed Eastern European chefs, each bringing their own interpretation of traditional dishes and ingredients from the region. ZIMA will host exclusive and seasonal chef's tables, the first of which will be with acclaimed Russian chef Evgeny Vikentev.
The brand's signature homemade 'nastoykas', or infused vodkas made with sweet and savoury natural ingredients that produce vibrant colours, will be displayed throughout the restaurant. Guests will also be immersed in art designed to take them on a cultural journey throughout Eastern Europe, each piece carefully curated by the owner.
Lukas Rackauskas, director of ZIMA group, comments: "We're proud of the community we've built around the original ZIMA restaurant in Soho and it's with great excitement that we extend our concept, cuisine and warm hospitality to the Notting Hill neighbourhood.
"Quite unlike anything else on the local landscape, we're eager to introduce our culture and cuisine to a brand-new audience, adding to the rich tapestry of London's hospitality scene."
