New restaurant launching at Treehouse Hotel Manchester

Treehouse Hotel Manchester has announced the opening of its first destination restaurant, Pip by Mary-Ellen McTague, set to launch on the hotel's official opening day on Wednesday, 19 March.
Located on the ground floor, Pip’s contemporary and whimsical design reimagines the typical dining experience through a playful and imaginative lens.
Known for her innovative approach to cooking, McTague designed Pip’s menu to champion low-waste cooking, seasonal ingredients and locally sourced produce.
With over 20 years of experience in hospitality, McTague has previously worked alongside Heston Blumenthal at Michelin-starred restaurants, shaping her creative culinary approach and dedication to high-quality dining. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Pip will offer a unique dining experience that encapsulates the vibrant and dynamic city of Manchester.
