Emerald Hospitality Group announces landmark partnership

Emerald Hospitality Group, co-founded by twins Arian and Alberto Zandi, has announced a new venture in partnership with the Regis Group – a global leader in luxury real estate investment.
Regis Group is known for owning iconic properties such as Claridge’s Hotel in London. Now, it will partner with Emerald Hospitality Group to launch three new dining concepts in the heart of the UK capital.
The collaboration marks a pivotal moment in Emerald Hospitality Group’s expansion strategy, as it looks to scale its restaurant portfolio.
Set to open by late 2025, the project will see the group transform the historic Daily Telegraph building on Fleet Street into a destination for food enthusiasts. Spanning multiple floors, each space will deliver its own distinct dining experience.
Casa Como
Located on the ground floor, Casa Como will be the sister restaurant of Emerald's existing Italian brand, Como Garden. Inspired by the beauty of Lake Como, the eatery will comprise a salumeria (Italian deli), a restaurant, a central bar and a 60-seat terrace. Guests will enjoy authentic Italian cuisine cooked in an open kitchen.
Everything On Fire
The group's theatrical steakhouse concept, centred on open-flame cooking, will be located on the seventh floor. It will feature one of London's most extensive selections of premium meats, each cut prepared on a centrepiece clay grill in a dramatic open kitchen.
Dining on the Clouds
This new brand, spanning the eighth and ninth floors, will bring a Japanese fusion concept to life. It will offer a range of Asian flavours anchored by Japanese cuisine. The venue will feature a dedicated sushi counter and an open robata grill. The ninth-floor rooftop terrace will be transformed into an exclusive bar and lounge, offering cocktails and panoramic views.
