London locals to launch Portobello restaurant

Londoners Rishabh Vir and Tim Lang will launch a new neighbourhood restaurant, wine bar and music venue – Caia – in March.
Located on Golborne Road just off London's famous Portobello, the venue will offer a seasonal menu of small plates cooked on a custom-made, open fire grill.
Complementing the dishes will be a number of ferments, vinegars and preserves will add depth to the dishes, incorporating sharp flavours to cut through the charred meats and vegetables.
Vir and Lang's 60-cover space will have banquette-style seating, complete with a floor to ceiling wine display in a 12-cover wine room.
