Comptoir Group to open first restaurant in four years

Comptoir Group Plc, owner and operator of Lebanese and Middle Eastern restaurants, has secured a location for the opening of a new Comptoir Libanais site in Ealing, west London. The launch will mark the group's first new opening in four years.

The 3,325sq ft venue is located on the high street, close to brands including Wagamama, Castano Lounge and Turtle Bay. The branch is expected to open in early October.

The Ealing site will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. It will serve brand classics such as mezze sharing platters, grills, salads and wraps. The drinks menu will provide both cocktails and mocktails, as well as Lebanese wines from Ksara and specialist beers.

Comptoir founder Tony Kitous comments: "My dream is for Lebanese cuisine and culture to achieve the same popularity as Italian food, and this restaurant in Ealing will continue my passion for both the food and the culture, which I'm eager to share with our valued guests. I'm genuinely thrilled to be building our vibrant brand and look forward to creating an inviting atmosphere at our new restaurant which will provide an authentic setting to savour Middle Eastern hospitality."
