Beer brand launches autumn menu with Prezzo

Birrificio Angelo Poretti, headline sponsor of the National Pizza Awards 2023, is collaborating with Italian restaurant chain Prezzo on the launch of an all-new autumn menu, with dishes said to pair perfectly with the Italian lager.
From crispy fried mozzarella to spinach and ricotta cannelloni, to roasted aubergine, burrata and basil pizza and Sicilian lemon meringue pie, Prezzo's new dishes have been designed to complement the flavours of Poretti.
Brewed with food in mind, Poretti has been made for the table since 1877 and Prezzo has been serving Italian dishes to British diners since 2000. It is hoped that the partnership will allow diners to appreciate delicate flavour profiles and social dining occasions.
