Bone Daddies collaborates with Passa Passa London

Ramen brand Bone Daddies has collaborated with Zana Millen of Passa Passa London on an exclusive, limited-time menu addition. The Caribbean-inspired dish is now available at Bone Daddies restaurants across the capital until 31 March.

The Jerk Duck Tantanmen fuses classic Caribbean flavours with creamy tantanmen. It features Millen's spicy jerk sesame tare, paired with Bone Daddies' homemade chicken broth, confit duck, pickled cucumber, bok choi, coriander, egg yolk nori and hakata noodles.

Passa Passa London is inspired by Millen's Jamaican and Antiguan roots. Working as a pop-up chef, she secured her first spot for the Caribbean concept in Peckham nightclub, Tola. She says of the Bone Daddies partnership: "There's a wonderful party in Jamaica where they serve world-side food, with lots of music running – good vibes. So [Bone Daddies] felt like a very good name."
